Meet Axel Rose, a charming Basenji/Terrier mix weighing in at 26lbs and with an estimated birthday of April 5, 2024. Once you walk over and say hello, his barks quickly turn into tail wags and affection. He simply wants to be noticed and loved. Axel's story began when he was discovered abandoned inside an empty apartment. Thankfully, a compassionate foster stepped up and gave him a second chance at life. Despite being left behind, Axel remains incredibly loving, trusting, and ready to find a family who will never leave him again. We don't yet know how Axel feels about cats, but he can be kitty-tested for interested adopters.
