Bullseye is a charming 6.5-month-old Retriever/Pit Bull mix with an estimated DOB of January 2026. He currently weighs 40 pounds and is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. This gentle boy is the quiet observer of his litter, preferring to take in his surroundings before joining the fun. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, and romping with his siblings. Bullseye is potty trained, but may have a few accidents as he adjusts to a new routine. He enjoys playing with other dogs and has been around children with positive results. He is still building confidence with leash walking and basic obedience.
Ideal Home
We are looking for a family committed to reinforcing good manners and building Bullseye's confidence. A home with a resident, friendly, well-mannered dog is preferred to help mentor him. If you don't currently have another dog, we'd love to hear your plan for continued socialization. Homes where someone isn't routinely away for more than four to six hours at a time are also preferred.
Ongoing Health
Bullseye is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered. He is healthy and has no known medical conditions.
Training & Support
Bullseye is potty trained but may have occasional accidents as he adjusts to a new home. He is continuing to build confidence with leash walking and basic obedience. Ongoing positive reinforcement, consistency, and continued leash practice will help him thrive. Continued socialization with new people, places, sounds, and friendly dogs is important for building his lifelong confidence.
