Meet Shadow!

Shadow is an 11-month-old, medium-sized Black Lab mix who carries a quiet wisdom beyond his years. He's calm, gentle, and observant, like an old soul in a young body. Weighing in at 47lbs, he's the perfect size for many homes. Shadow's early life was tough; he spent his first year fending for himself in the dumping grounds of Cleveland, Texas. Now in rescue, he's finally experiencing the joys of a warm bed, regular meals, his own toys, and the security of knowing someone will come home for him. He's already kennel and potty trained, loves other dogs, and enjoys playing with his toys. His adorable speckled tongue is just one of his many charming features! Shadow is ready to grow and learn what a wonderful life with a loving family can be.
