Mike Jul 25 - In Foster in Raleigh, NC

Mike is a winky, one-eyed "senior" with the energy of a teenager! He’s a little bossy with his canine siblings – quick to bark and remind them he’s the big man on campus – but with people, he’s all play, bounces, and the cutest yoga poses. He's going to give you an introductory sniff and then will jump up on your leg for pets. If you're really lucky, he'll show you his best downward dog yoga pose and ask you to play! The shelter said he was 13, but our guess is closer to 10. Benjamin Buttons anyone?

Ideal Home

Mike would be happiest as an only child, but he is in a foster home with large and small dogs and cats. He is good with cats, though he does think they are fun to chase. He is also good with children. He is not ideal for a home with large dogs. He needs a home committed to lots of snuggles and chew toys.

Ongoing Health

Mike is a neutered male weighing 8 lbs and standing 12 inches tall. He is continuing to work on house training in his foster home and we strongly recommend belly bands for this sometimes-naughty boy!
