Lil Sis is ready to find her forever family! She's a sweet 8-month-old Chihuahua/Schnauzer mix, weighing in at a petite 8 pounds. Lil Sis is a people-loving, quiet, and incredibly sweet companion who will surely capture your heart. She found her way to us through no fault of her own when her previous owner's landlord would no longer allow pets. Her siblings were adopted quickly by loving families, and now it's Lil Sis's turn for her happy ending!
Ideal Home
Lil Sis would thrive in a home without very small children to ensure her safety during playtime. She's the perfect size for apartment living, cozy couch cuddles, and would love to join you on your daily adventures.
Ongoing Health
Lil Sis has been spayed and is up-to-date on all essential vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella). She tested negative for heartworm on July 8th and is kept on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She has been dewormed and will be microchipped, receive a fecal exam, and a certified Health Certificate within 10 days of her transport date.
Training & Support
For a young pup, Lil Sis has a mature and gentle demeanor. She is a joy to care for, loves people, and gets along well with other dogs. She is a naturally quiet girl who takes life in stride. She does beautifully in her crate and has shown strong signs of being housebroken, promptly pottying when let outside. While she hasn't been officially leash-tested yet, she is smart and eager to please, so she's sure to pick it up quickly!
