Ranchito Dorito is a 50-pound bundle of charm, freckles, and irresistible ears! He's about 6 years old and has mastered the art of balance, being both chill and playful. He enjoys a good walk, hanging out in the backyard, and is always happy to cuddle up for a nap. Ranchito is polite and friendly with other dogs, preferring those who respect his space. He's cat-tolerant, giving a respectful sniff and moving on. He's also wonderfully gentle with children, having shown great care with a 5-year-old. Ranchito has a confident and independent "cool guy" energy, and his signature move is leaning his whole body against you for pets. He absolutely loves snacks and will inhale them quickly! Ranchito is easygoing and will fit into most homes, whether you have a yard or an apartment. He doesn't require constant exercise and is happy with couch time after a good stretch.
Ideal Home
Ranchito would do best with a medium or low-energy canine companion if he has a dog sibling, but he would also be perfectly happy as the sole canine in the household. He would do great with respectful children who understand not to be too rambunctious with him.

Transport is available nationwide through their rescue run USDA certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
