Steve

Steve was discovered outside the shelter one morning, abandoned in a laundry basket filled with trash. He was severely underweight and neglected, with toenails so long they had curled under and were growing into his pads. Despite his rough start, when Steve realized he was being cared for, he perked up, showing a strong will to live. He has a long recovery ahead, but he's getting stronger every day.

Ideal Home

Steve is looking for a patient and loving home where he can continue to heal and grow.

Ongoing Health

Steve is currently recovering from malnutrition and neglect. He is receiving veterinary care and is on the road to recovery. His adoption donation includes his spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, collar, leash, and ID tag.

Training & Support

Steve is still very much a work in progress as he recovers. Patience and gentle guidance will be key to his continued success.
