Meet Musubi, a delightful 4-year-old French Bulldog with a personality as funny and goofy as they come! She’s a bundle of energy who adores her walks, loves to zoom around, is passionate about toys and playtime, and truly thrives when she’s by her favorite people’s side.
Musubi gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys a good play session. However, she would also be perfectly content being the sole canine in the household, receiving all the love and attention. She's already mastered potty training, knows her basic commands, and is reliably crate-trained for overnight sleeping.
This sweet girl came to us after her previous family surrendered her. It seems she was being a bit roughed up by another dog in the home, and unfortunately, the rescue she originally came from couldn't take her back. We were more than happy to open our doors and hearts to Musubi, especially with a foster mom ready to give her a safe and loving place to land.
Musubi is an affectionate companion, but on her own terms. She’s not the type of dog who enjoys being constantly held or crowded. However, once she feels secure and comfortable, she blossoms into an incredibly sweet soul who adores attention, gentle ear scratches, belly rubs, and warm cuddles. She truly appreciates respectful introductions and a little personal space initially. Her ideal humans will understand this and allow her to approach them when she's ready for affection, rather than pushing it.
Musubi enjoys her walks immensely, but she’s a spirited little lady and can pull when she gets excited. She's already showing great improvement in this area and will continue to shine with patience and consistent training.
She would thrive best in a home with older children, aged 12 and up. During playtime, Musubi can get quite enthusiastic and sometimes a bit boisterous. She also has a tendency to focus intensely on younger children, as she wants to be involved in all their activities, which can be a bit overwhelming for them.
In summary, Musubi is a wonderful, goofy, and playful girl who simply needs people who understand her boundaries, offer a bit of patience at the start, and love her for the silly, charming Frenchie queen she is!
