Meet Magz, a 5-month-old puppy who we believe may be a German Shepherd/Malinois mix. Magz is an absolute sweetheart with a look that's impossible to forget, from her sleek black coat and giant satellite-dish ears to the tiny splash of white on her chest. She has a gentle approach to life, carefully taking treats, melting into affection, and enjoying cozy naps by your side. While she's still a puppy who loves to explore and learn, she's currently thriving in foster care, building confidence and showing everyone what a kind-hearted companion she is becoming.
Ideal Home
Adopters should be prepared for the possibility of an intelligent and active adult dog who will thrive with training, enrichment, and opportunities to use both her mind and body.
Ongoing Health
Magz is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. She will also receive a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable and a heartworm test.
Training & Support
Puppies require time, patience, and consistency. They benefit from crate training, daily structure, early socialization, and positive reinforcement to learn important life skills like potty training, leash walking, and basic manners.
