Meet Benny, a charming 4-year-old, 58 lb Pit Bull Terrier mix who is a true testament to the power of a second chance! Benny was rescued from a local shelter after being placed on the euthanasia list not once, but twice. Thankfully, a compassionate foster stepped in just in the nick of time, saving his life and bringing him into rescue. Benny is a bundle of sweet energy, and while he can get a little overstimulated when excited, he quickly settles down with a moment to decompress. His favorite coping mechanism? A good stuffy! Benny is incredibly affectionate, loving, and so happy to be out of the shelter environment, finally able to relax and show off his goofy, loving personality.
