Meet Peter! He's a thoughtful and charming companion, weighing in at a perfect 21 pounds and around 2 1/2 years old. Peter has a gentle, quiet personality that makes him a wonderful sidekick. He may be a little unsure in new situations at first, but with a little patience, some tasty treats, and gentle pets, he quickly warms up and is happy to be by your side, soaking up affection in his calm and easygoing way. He's not a demanding dog; he's content just to be with his people.
Ideal Home
Peter would thrive in a home that understands that building relationships takes time. He would do well as an only pet or with other calm dogs who respect his space. He may also do best with slightly older, more understanding children who can match his calm energy and gentle demeanor. He's adaptable and could do wonderfully in an apartment or a home with a yard.
Ongoing Health
Peter is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Peter walks nicely on a leash and enjoys exploring at his own pace. He's a low-key companion who isn't looking for constant entertainment.
