We can watch her unique head swivel trot for seconds on end – it's just a glimpse of the happiness she's ready to share that could light up any room!

Ideal Home

Zatanna would likely do well in a home with other dogs, as dog-to-dog meet-and-greets can be arranged. We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any resident dogs after allowing time for decompression.

Ongoing Health

Zatanna will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Zatanna is not yet house-trained, so she will need a patient and consistent approach to help her learn.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members, especially those under 18 and any decision-makers, should be present to meet Zatanna.
• If you have current dogs, proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination will be required for dog-to-dog meet-and-greets.

Transporation

Zatanna is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. They are open from 12pm to 7pm daily. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to adopt the same day, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can still view animals until 7pm.
