Peanut

Hi, I'm Peanut! I'm a 6-month-old male German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees/Lab mix with a heart of gold and a personality that will steal yours. My siblings and I were found as strays but were rescued and brought to safety where we could grow up with love and full bellies.

I might be a little shy when I first meet new people or experience new things, but give me a moment to warm up and my sweet, affectionate, and playful side will shine through! My foster family says I'm quite the charmer. I love to entertain myself with my toys, and after a good play session, I'm ready for some serious snuggles.

Ideal Home

I do great with other dogs and truly thrive when I have a canine friend. Because I can be a bit timid, I'm looking for a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help me gain confidence and become my best buddy. A dog companion makes me feel secure and brings out my playful spirit.

I am both potty trained and crate trained and enjoy having routines. I am eager to continue learning and growing with a patient family who will help me build confidence and discover how wonderful life can be.

Transporation

I am currently located in Texas and can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate with our ground transport teams to ensure pets arrive safely and keep adopters informed every step of the way. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. We also offer video chats with fosters prior to adoption so families can meet their new companion and ensure it's a good fit.
