Hello there! My name is Shirley, and I'm a small but mighty gal with the most captivating eyes you'll ever see – they shimmer with shades of amber, blue, and green! My back paws are also quite fetching, with cute white tips that look like I've dipped them in paint. My sister and I were rescued from a tough situation in southern Minnesota, but now we're living our best lives in a loving foster home. I'm a work in progress when it comes to potty training, but I'm a pro at ringing the bell and am doing wonderfully with kennel training. I sleep soundly through the night in my cozy kennel with some classical music to lull me to sleep. I'm learning "sit" and "stay," though my excitement sometimes gets the better of me! I'm eager to learn new tricks, especially if snacks are involved. I get along swimmingly with my two human siblings, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, and I've met many tiny humans who I find very exciting! I haven't met any kitties yet, but I do have two canine siblings. Blanche, a 6-year-old Pitbull/Boxer mix, enjoys her quiet time, while Stanley, a 3-year-old Weimaraner/Pitbull mix, loves to play with puppies like me! I tend to be a bit more dominant with my sister but am submissive with my doggy siblings. We enjoy playing with toys, tug-of-war, and chasing tennis balls. I absolutely love to cuddle with any human or dog who will have me!

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a good mix of playtime and cuddle time, just like me. Someone who understands that I need my beauty sleep but also wants to engage in fun activities.

I am a healthy pup and have not had any procedures done.
Training & Support
I am still working on my potty training, but I am very motivated by treats and praise! I'm also learning basic commands like "sit" and "stay." I would love to continue my training in a positive and encouraging environment.
