Cedric is a gentle 4–5-year-old, 25-pound dog who has survived cruelty and is learning to trust people again. Despite severe vision loss from past head trauma, he gets around remarkably well and has plenty of love to give.

Cedric needs a patient, gentle, loving home where he can feel safe and continue building confidence. He has shown affection toward his foster family and enjoys being picked up by trusted people.

Ongoing Health

Cedric has lost most of his sight due to being hit over the head. He navigates well despite his limited vision.
