Reba

Meet Reba! She's a sweet 8-week-old Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix, weighing in at 7lbs with an estimated adult weight of 40-50lbs. Reba is the thoughtful observer of her litter, taking a moment to assess her surroundings before diving into the fun. She's incredibly patient, a fast learner, and already showing off her clever blue heeler intelligence. But don't let her calm demeanor fool you – when it's time to play, her tail wags and ears perk up, ready for adventure! She’s a big fan of snuggles and loves to give puppy kisses. Reba gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs. She's making great progress with her potty and crate training. She's the perfect blend of gentle, affectionate, and playful, and will surely be a wonderful companion for her forever family.

Ideal Home

Reba is a social butterfly and enjoys the company of cats, kids, and dogs.

Ongoing Health

Reba is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. Her spay surgery will be scheduled when she's age-appropriate and is covered by her adoption fee.

Training & Support

Reba is working on her potty and crate training. We require all adopters to commit to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible pet ownership.

• Our evaluative process includes a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered, up to date on DHPP/rabies and monthly preventatives; cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit.

Transportation

Reba is being fostered in Richmond, VA. Adopters must be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach to complete her spay/neuter surgery at our approved clinics.
