Meet Esther, a delightful one-year-old German Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a spirit for adventure! Esther's journey began on the tougher side, found by the roadside with her siblings, all battling parvo and ticks. But this resilient girl has made a remarkable recovery and is now healthy, happy, and bursting with potential to be your most cherished companion.

She might be a little reserved when you first meet, but give her a moment to warm up, and her wonderfully goofy and affectionate personality will blossom! Esther adores playtime and exploring new things, and while she's still mastering her leash-walking skills, her eagerness to learn is undeniable. With a touch of patience and a whole lot of love, this sweet girl is ready to fill your home with joy.

Ideal Home

Esther would thrive in a home that can offer patience and understanding as she continues to learn. She has a playful spirit and enjoys exploring, so an active environment would be a great fit.

Ongoing Health

Esther has made a full recovery from her past health challenges. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if she is 6+ months old at transport), a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, and a registered microchip.

Training & Support

Esther is still working on her leash manners, and will benefit from consistent training and guidance. Her eagerness to please, combined with her playful nature, makes her a wonderful candidate for continued positive reinforcement training.
