Pretzel

Meet Pretzel! This medium-sized lab mix has a personality that's twice as big as his body. He's had quite the comeback story; found in San Jose in rough shape and with a bleeding nose, Pretzel needed several blood transfusions to stabilize. Now, he's healthy, happy, and showing us his true, wonderful self!

Pretzel is a generally chill guy with surprising bursts of playful energy, especially when interacting with younger dogs. He's social, friendly, and gets along wonderfully with both male and female pups. If there's a dog willing to play, Pretzel is definitely game! He walks well on a leash and would thrive in a home that encourages a social life for him.

Transportation

Pretzel is currently located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Approved adopters can arrange for flight companions to bring him to their airport. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable during the summer, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully helped bring dogs to adopters at the border during the summer months.
