About Brooke

Brooke is a beautiful rescue puppy with the sweetest little heart-shaped nose to match her gentle heart. She arrived from Northern Manitoba with her siblings —Beth, Benji, Bridget, and Briar and is now ready to find a family of her very own. Born around the beginning of May 2026, Brooke is a mixed-breed puppy with a one-of-a-kind look. While we can't say exactly what breeds make up this adorable litter, one thing is certain, they are 100% cute! Brooke and her siblings are well-balanced, friendly puppies who love everyone they meet. Brooke is the perfect mix of playful explorer and cuddle companion. She's adventurous, inquisitive, and incredibly smart, always eager to investigate something new before curling up for a well-earned nap. Whether she's exploring the backyard, watching a baseball game with her people, or "helping" her foster family pick raspberries, Brooke is happiest being part of whatever is happening. Because Brooke is a mixed breed, we can't know exactly how big she'll be as an adult, but we expect she'll mature into a medium-sized dog, likely around 40-60 pounds. If you're looking for a puppy who is intelligent, affectionate, eager to learn, and always ready for life's next adventure (followed by a cozy nap), Brooke might just be your perfect match. Her heart-shaped nose is unforgettable but it's her loving personality that will truly steal your heart.

Ideal Home

Brooke would thrive with a family that enjoys continuing her training and helping her grow into the amazing dog she's destined to be.

Ongoing Health

Her adoption fee includes up-to-date vetting, including her microchip & spay by our preferred vet when she reaches 6 months of age.

Training & Support

Training is one of Brooke's favorite activities, especially when treats are involved! She is very food motivated and loves learning new things. In just a short time in foster care, she has already mastered sit, down, and fetch, and is currently working on paw and spin. She is working on crate and potty training and is doing wonderfully with both. Brooke reliably goes to the bathroom when taken outside onto the grass and happily settles in her crate for several hours at a time. Brooke is being fostered with both dogs and cats and gets along well with everyone. She's learning that cats have different ideas about playtime and that giving them a little personal space is the best approach, a lesson she's picking up quickly! She has also met children, teens, and adults and greets everyone with the same happy, friendly enthusiasm.
