About Yogi Bear

Yogi might be the girl for you if you're looking for a dog who is loyal, easygoing, and quietly devoted. This 5-year-old Lab/Shar-Pei mix weighs around 63 pounds and has a soft chestnut coat and a sweet, slightly wrinkled face that always seems to be smiling. Yogi has a calm, grounded presence and forms strong bonds with her people, content to simply be near you and keep you company.

She's friendly and loving, though it may take her a few minutes to warm up to new people. Once she does, she's affectionate, fun, and incredibly easy to be around. Yogi settles in quickly and becomes part of your routine without any fuss. She is fully potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash with only occasional reminders. Her energy level is moderate; she enjoys daily walks and playtime but is just as happy relaxing at home, making her adaptable to either a house or apartment as long as she gets regular exercise.

Yogi can be a bit selective with other dogs, doing best with calmer, easygoing canine companions and preferring one-on-one interactions over busy group settings. She could also thrive as an only dog. She has been exposed to cats and did well with them. Yogi would do best in a home with older, respectful children and with someone who appreciates a dog that bonds deeply and wants to be a part of your world.
