Diesel Donut is here to be your loyal shadow, fetch partner, slightly over-sized lap dog, and the reason for everyday laughs! He’s a toy-tossing, people-loving pittie mix who’s always ready to spread his contagious happiness. Diesel is estimated to be about 2 years old and weighs 48 pounds, a perfect medium size. He loves all toys and will happily entertain himself by throwing them and playing fetch. He’s a quiet boy but his happy antics are sure to make you stop and watch. Diesel is the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet affection.
Ideal Home
Diesel would be happiest in a home with a yard where he can zoom, toss toys, and play fetch. While he could adapt to apartment living with an active lifestyle, a yard would be ideal. He walks well on leash, but can get excited and bark at other dogs he passes. He’s social and outgoing and adores people. He would do best with a confident, playful female dog who can match his energy and bouncy play style. A more submissive dog might feel overwhelmed. He cannot live with cats as he would love to play chase with them.
Ongoing Health
Diesel is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Diesel is crate and house-trained and settles down nicely overnight. He is still young and will need an adopter who can provide ongoing training, structure, playtime, and love.

Transportation
Diesel is fostered in Texas and can be transported nationwide with our rescue run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation.
