Bandit AW

Bandit is a 71-pound female German Shepherd with a touch of Husky, born on July 21, 2025. She's a special girl with a unique flair, and she's ready to bring her energy and affection to a loving forever home. Bandit is a sweetheart who loves to snuggle and shower her people with kisses. She enjoys playtime, especially chasing balls and chewing on bones, and she can definitely keep up with the big dogs – her best friend is a Great Dane! Her favorite game involves de-stuffing toys with impressive speed, creating a winter wonderland of fluff. Bandit is also great with children, although she can sometimes get a little too excited and accidentally knock over the younger ones, always followed by apologetic kisses.

Ideal Home

Bandit would thrive in an active family that enjoys spending time outdoors and playing. She's still learning how to interact with cats, as the current outdoor cat prefers to keep her distance.

Ongoing Health

Bandit was spayed and microchipped in early March. She is current on all vaccines and preventions.

Training & Support

Bandit is house-trained and uses a doggy door. She is not yet crate-trained, but her foster family is working with her. She's also getting more comfortable meeting new people and is learning leash training. Bandit can be a bit reserved initially, but with patience, encouragement, and treats, she warms up quickly.
