Cookie

Cookie has a difficult past, having grown up outside and lived life chained to her doghouse. Despite her challenging beginnings, she has emerged as an incredibly sweet and smart dog. She is just over a year old and weighs 49 lbs.

Ideal Home

Cookie would thrive in a home where she can continue to learn and grow. She is great with other dogs and children. Her experience with cats is unknown, but she was curious about clinic cats, so a home without them or one where introductions can be slow and careful would be best.

Ongoing Health

Cookie has been spayed and fully vetted.

Training & Support

Cookie is house-trained, crate-trained, and uses a doggy door well. She is learning about leash walking and can be a counter-surfer, so continued guidance will be helpful. While not big on toys yet, she loves chew bones! She is shy at first but is learning many new things and doing great.
