A-Zeus

Zeus is a 5-year-old, 65 lb bundle of love looking for his forever home! Everyone who meets Zeus falls in love with his charming personality and curiosity. He's a smart, sensitive, and affectionate boy who truly believes he's a lap dog, despite his size. Zeus adores cuddling and is quite the goofball. While he has plenty of playful energy and would make an excellent running partner (he's a pro on leash!), he also knows how to relax and mellow out. He loves his toys, especially his ball, and enjoys games of fetch and going for walks. Zeus is a creature of habit, settling in for the night around 8 PM and happily sleeping until 9 AM, unless a walk is on the agenda. He's a loyal companion in the making.

Ideal Home

Zeus would thrive in a home with a large, fully fenced yard. He's doing well with children outside of the home, but due to jealousy, he should not be in a home with them.

Ongoing Health

Zeus has no observed resource guarding, prey drive, or separation anxiety.

Training & Support

Zeus is an easily trained dog who looks to his people for guidance. He already knows sit, stay, come, heel, leave it, and shake. He's also learned to wait for cues when going up or down stairs. He is crate trained, potty trained, and can be left alone in the house. He enjoys car rides and knows how to behave in other people's homes.
