Izzy

Izzy is a delightful brindle female bull terrier mix, weighing around 35lbs. She's a fantastic companion who enjoys playing chase with other dogs and has a playful "doggie dentist" game. Izzy is also an excellent bug hunter and would likely excel in agility due to her athletic build. She's known to be able to jump a 4ft fence, so a taller 5ft fence or a privacy-fenced yard is recommended. Izzy is a fun-loving dog with a great recall, willingly enters her crate, and is a well-behaved car rider. She is already potty trained and has lived in a home environment during her time at the rescue. Izzy is an all-around wonderful dog, perfectly sized, and has so much love to give.

Ideal Home

A home with a securely fenced yard, ideally with a fence that is 5ft or taller to accommodate Izzy's athletic jumping ability.

Ongoing Health

Izzy is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is up-to-date on her Simparica Trio heartworm, flea, and tick preventative. She will receive a veterinary exam, a negative fecal test, and a health certificate prior to transport.

Training & Support

Izzy is potty trained and has excellent recall. She is also crate-trained and voluntarily enters her crate.

Izzy is located at our rescue and can be transported to the New England area. We can help guide you through the adoption process if you are out of state and can identify transport stops nearest to you.
