Meet Bertha, a loving and devoted mama who, along with her adorable litter of nine pups, was rescued from a shelter in Alabama. Here, in our safe and nurturing environment, her sweet babies were born and have since grown into happy, healthy bundles of joy. They've received full medical care, plenty of affection, and are busy learning all their important puppy skills, making them ready to start their own adventures in loving forever homes.

Bertha has selflessly dedicated herself to raising her pups. Now that her little ones are ready to spread their wings, it's time for Bertha to begin her own journey. She's a large, adult Pit Bull Terrier mix with a beautiful brown coat. She's looking for a family who will give her the same love and care she's shown her pups—a place where she can finally just be Bertha, enjoying walks, snuggles, and the good life she truly deserves. She is known to be good on a leash, good with other dogs, and loves to cuddle and play with toys.
