Zephyr

Zephyr looks to be a pure pitty with the soul of a teddy bear. She is young, full of energy, and very strong. She loves to be around people and shows her affection with lots of rear-end wiggles and kisses. Zephyr has been very friendly with other dogs at the rescue, but her behavior around cats is not known.

Ideal Home

A home familiar with the Pit Bull breed would be ideal for Zephyr. She is still learning leash manners and can pull quite a bit, especially at the start of a walk, so a home with someone who can handle a strong dog would be a great fit.

Ongoing Health

Zephyr is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Zephyr knows how to walk on a leash but still pulls quite a bit, especially when she first starts out. She will need continued practice and guidance to perfect her leash manners.
