Cowboy

Cowboy is a brave 2-year-old survivor who has been through more than any dog should have to endure. He was found abandoned, tied to a pole, and suffering from severe injuries that indicated he had been used as a bait dog. Despite his traumatic past, Cowboy is now safe, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and receiving necessary medical care. He is currently being treated for heartworm and is on the road to recovery. Cowboy can be cautious around other dogs and may do best as the only pet in his new home. He also takes time to warm up to men, which is understandable given his history. Cowboy is a resilient soul who deserves a loving and secure home where he can finally feel safe and cherished.
