Precious

Meet Precious! This sweet girl is approximately 10 years old and weighs around 12 pounds, with a likely sprinkle of Chihuahua in her lineage. Precious joined us when her loving owner sadly passed away. She's a pretty chill companion who can adapt to whether you're home all day or enjoy being on the go. Even at middle age, she still has a pep in her step and enjoys playtime and short walks. Precious is a vocal girl and isn't afraid to share her opinions, but she's otherwise well-adjusted in the home. She loves to snuggle up on the furniture and will sleep soundly in her own bed in your room at night.

Ideal Home

Precious would do well in a household with children 5 and older, cats, and other dogs. She doesn't require a fenced yard and is comfortable with leash walking, though she may need a little time to get used to it again.

Ongoing Health

No specific health concerns are noted at this time.

Training & Support

Precious is doing great with her house training. She doesn't have much experience with crate training or leash walking, which may require some patience and positive reinforcement as she adjusts.

Transportation

Precious is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. She will be available for adoption in N Dartmouth in July or earlier.
