Tux Fancy Pants

Meet Tux Fancy Pants, the world's most dashing gentleman in a built-in tuxedo! This handsome boy is about a year and a half old and is a delightful mix of Lab and Pitty. Tux is a true ray of sunshine, happiest when he's showering his people with affection, cuddles, and belly rubs. He's a total snuggle bug who loves to lean into you for pets or flop onto his back for tummy scratches.

Ideal Home

Tux would thrive in a home with patient, loving humans who appreciate a little goofiness. He would love to have a calm, friendly canine companion with good manners to show him the ropes and romp around the yard with. He's not a fan of dog parks but enjoys backyard playdates. Tux is also good with dog-savvy cats who don't mind a gentle nose boop. He adores children and is sweet, patient, and always up for family fun. Tux needs a home with a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and do his silly zoomies; apartments are not the best fit for him.

Ongoing Health

Tux is a healthy boy. All vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and a microchip, are up to date.

Training & Support

Tux is working on his leash skills and prefers open spaces. He is potty trained and sleeps through the night with excellent manners once settled.

Transportation

Tux is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
