Artie is a fun-loving, high-energy girl who is always ready for her next adventure! At 3 years old and about 32 pounds, this Terrier mix is a bundle of enthusiasm and joy. She absolutely loves people and greets everyone with excitement and a wagging tail. Artie is incredibly smart, playful, and affectionate, and she thrives in an active environment. Whether it's a game of fetch, a run in the yard, or zooming around with her favorite toys, Artie brings laughter and snuggles to her family. She's independent, outgoing, curious, and wonderfully silly, making her the perfect companion to keep you moving and then cuddle up with.
Ideal Home
Artie would do best in an active home with a family that enjoys walks, playtime, and outdoor activities. A yard or open space to run would be a huge bonus. While she's done well with large dogs (50-100 lbs) with slow introductions, she can be a little on edge with toys, though she quickly backs off. She may bark or pull on leash when seeing other dogs, so continued training will help her with these manners. She has not been around cats or children, but her friendly nature suggests she could do well with proper introductions.
Ongoing Health
Artie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Artie is house trained and crate trained, settling well in her crate after initial whining. She should continue to be crated when left alone due to her curiosity. She rides well in the car and handles stairs with no problem. Continued training will help her polish her leash manners and learn to settle calmly and share toys more comfortably.
