Harper

Harper is a beautiful and intelligent Dutch Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix who may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she becomes an incredibly loving and devoted companion. She enjoys walks, exploring new places, spending time with other dogs, and learning new things. Her curious nature keeps life interesting, and she loves having opportunities to use her mind and energy in positive ways. She is also very affectionate and enjoys being close to the people she loves.
