Lex is the epitome of a good time! She's a bouncy, playful dog who is loving of everyone and excited to make new friends, whether they have two legs or four. She knows how to have fun no matter where she is. The moment you meet Lex, you'll fall in love; she is pure joy personified. She's the queen of zoomies, kisses, and tug-of-war. When she first arrived, she ran up with a wagging tail and a huge smile, showering everyone with affection. Lex loves to play with everyone, and she plays hard with other dogs! She is full of energy.
Ideal Home
Lex would thrive in a home with a yard and an active owner who is familiar with cattle dogs, as she's definitely a wild child! She's very high energy and loves to be active, so prepare for a lot of playtime. While she hasn't been tested with children, we believe she would love them, especially older kids who can handle her playful exuberance. Lex is not a fan of cats, as her excitement might be too much for them.
Ongoing Health
Lex is a pitbull cattle dog mix, weighing in at 56lbs. She has beautiful cattle spotting and super cute pointed ears. She is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and is spayed. She also received flea prevention and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable.
Training & Support
Lex's leash manners need a little work; she gets excited to meet new people and pulls a bit. However, she's a smart dog who would train well with consistent guidance.
