Mama Darla

Mama Darla is a sweet girl who is finally ready for her own forever home! She was rescued from a Texas shelter with her litter of puppies, and now that they have all found their families, it's her turn to be cherished. Darla is a staff and volunteer favorite, loved by everyone who meets her. She's an athletic and loyal companion who would make a fantastic workout buddy, as she loves to run alongside a bike and enjoys water activities.

Ideal Home

Darla is dog selective and requires slow introductions to new canine friends. We recommend a home with older children for the time being.

Ongoing Health

Darla is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Darla is house-trained and does amazing with other dogs in her current boarding environment, showing she can be a great canine companion with the right introductions.
