About Hammy

Meet Hammy, a 5-year-old, 14-pound tan Chihuahua mix who is ready to fill your heart with love! Hammy came to us as a stray and was quite fearful at first. He's come such a long way and has learned to trust and show his sweet, affectionate side. Hammy is a smart boy who knows commands and isn't afraid to let you know when he needs a little extra attention. He's a wonderful lap dog for relaxing but also loves to zoom around the yard!

Ideal Home

Hammy would do best in a home where he can be your one and only furry companion, as he does not do well with cats. A fenced yard is preferred, so he can safely enjoy his outdoor playtime.

Ongoing Health

Hammy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Hammy is house-trained and crate-trained. He has learned to verbally express himself when he wants attention.
