Snickers

Snickers is one of the funniest, sweetest dogs you'll ever meet! From the way she prances around the yard and runs to you like she hasn't seen you in years, to how she'll crawl up your body for a hug and give you some not-so-gentle but VERY loving head bonks. This special pup is looking for an equally special home. Snickers originally came to us believed to be blind, but after a veterinary examination, it was determined she can see some things. Along with being partially blind, she was born much later than her siblings. This birthing complication means she can come across as more of a puppy than an adult dog.

Ideal Home

Snickers needs a home that can be patient and consistent with her training and care. She would do best in a home without other pets, as she doesn't always pick up on their cues and can come across as rude to other dogs. She would also do best in a home without young children due to her mouthiness.

Ongoing Health

Snickers is partially blind.

Training & Support

Snickers is learning that she doesn't need to use her mouth to explore the world and is learning cues to "go easy."
