Treasure is the kind of dog who makes you feel like the most important person in the room — she's met every person so far with pure sweetness, and every dog she's encountered has become an instant friend. If you're looking for a couch cuddler who also knows how to entertain herself, she checks both boxes: she'll happily play fetch with you one minute and settle into blissful, self-directed chewing on a toy the next. At around 1.5 years old and medium-sized, Treasure is fully grown and easy to scoop up when needed. She's potty trained, house trained, and hasn't chewed a single thing that wasn't a toy. She's mastered not one but two styles of dog doors, isn't fazed by the lawn mower, and considers a head of cabbage a top-tier snack. Belly rubs, walks, backyard exploring, and snuggling on the couch round out her favorite things. Bath time isn't her favorite hobby, but she's a good sport about it — she lets you carry her in and holds perfectly still once she's in the tub, especially with a peanut butter lick mat to keep her company. Treasure is still a leash-walking newbie and is just starting to build up her confidence exploring the wider world, so her foster is easing her into outings step by step and can't wait to see her blossom into a seasoned adventure pup. She's also an enthusiastic greeter who likes to say hello with her whole body (front paws included!) — a little extra practice and she'll have lovely manners down in no time. And she's decided that neighborhood rabbits are the most fascinating creatures alive, so a bunny- and cat-free household will let her enjoy her walks to the fullest.
