Meet our newest diamond in the ruff, Twix!

Twix is a sweet, shy, playful Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. She's between one and two years old, crate trained and has not had an accident in the house. She is extremely nosy and curious. She might chew if left unattended. This beautiful girl is recovering nicely from being terribly starved and neglected in a hoarding situation. Her coat is growing in nicely. Twix LOVES water, but for some reason she hasn't figured out swimming! She is extremely playful and learning what toys and balls are. Twix presently lives with a number of other dogs, but she does require a lengthy careful introduction to new dogs. She would be very happy as an only dog. Even though Twix has been starved in the past, she has NO aggression or reactivity around food at all. Fenced yard a must. Cats unknown but unlikely. No small children please, as she is nervous and shy. Twix will require a gentle, patient adoptive family.
