About Little Foot

Little Foot is an approximately 1.5-year-old shepherd mix with an estimated DOB of February 24, 2024. He weighs about 70 lbs and is currently thriving in a foster home with two other dogs. Little Foot loves to play with his foster siblings and is learning so much from his foster parents. After a good romp in the yard, he's happy to lounge around while his humans work from home, occasionally offering big, sloppy kisses. He is also potty trained and crate trained. Once Little Foot gets to know you, he will become your best friend for life – this "Little" Foot has a BIG heart!

Ideal Home

Little Foot would do best with a gentle and patient person who can continue to build his confidence. We are not recommending him to homes with young children or cats at this time. Because walks and meeting new people abruptly are a challenge for him, we are also not recommending him to apartment dwellers.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned.

Training & Support

Little Foot is reactive to dogs and (sometimes) people on leash, so we are hoping to find an adopter who can continue working with him on the amazing training he has been doing with his fosters and trainer. If you are willing to put the time and energy into training, and if you want a dog who will work his hardest to please, you may be a great fit for this beautiful, sweet dog.
