About Bella, the Girl Who Never Stopped Hoping

Meet Bella, a 1-year-old, 55lb German Shepherd mix with a heart full of hope and a spirit ready to shine! Bella's journey began with a heartbreaking abandonment, found tied to a post at only a year old. Despite her tough start, she has blossomed into a bright, affectionate, and spirited girl who dreams of a family to call her own. She's a perfect blend of loving sweetheart and playful pup, ready to fill your home with joy.

Ideal Home

Bella is looking for an active home with someone who will provide continued training, daily exercise, and plenty of affection. She thrives with structure, toys, and lots of activity. Due to her tendency to see cats as chaseable, she would do best in a home without them.

Ongoing Health

Bella is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and on heartworm prevention. She is healthy and ready for her fresh start.

Training & Support

Bella is a smart girl who is eager to please! She walks nicely on a harness, knows "sit" and "stay," and is house-trained and crate-trained. She's learning not to jump, as she gets very excited! She enjoys frozen peanut butter Kongs and fun training games. Bella may chew things she shouldn't when bored, so plenty of activity and appropriate toys are key to her success.
