Babe Ruth

Meet Babe Ruth! Babe is a 3-year-old, 98-pound Boxer and American Bulldog mix who truly lives up to his XL name. He's already neutered, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives. Babe was rescued from the BARC daily kill list in April 2025 and is now thriving in his foster home in Tomball, Texas.

Ideal Home

Babe is a total lovebug who adores people, kids, and other pets. He has a blast with his foster siblings (two pups and a sister) and his three human brothers. While he's a big softie who thinks he's a lap dog for hugs and cuddles, he is an alpha male. He would likely do best as the only dog in the household or with a gentle female dog, as he can tend to dominate other male dogs.

Babe is currently in great health and up-to-date on all his medical needs.

Training & Support

Babe is fully potty trained and crate trained. He's a well-behaved boy who is allowed to roam freely during the day in his foster home. He's quiet, doesn't cause any messes or destruction, and is eager to settle into his kennel for a good night's sleep. He's also a gem with new visitors!
