Meet Samantha!
Samantha is an adorable 3 1/2-month-old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix with a sweet personality, a fluffy low-shedding coat, and just the right amount of puppy mischief! Weighing around 11 pounds, she's expected to reach approximately 20 pounds when fully grown, making her the perfect size for almost any adventure. As a low- to non-shedding pup, Samantha is a wonderful choice for many allergy-conscious families. Her beautiful coat will require regular professional grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best. Samantha came to us from a difficult situation, but those days are behind her. Now she's discovering what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for, and she's blossoming more every day. Like any young puppy, she's a complete blank slate with no formal training yet, making this the perfect opportunity for a family to help shape her into an amazing lifelong companion. She loves to run, play, wrestle with other dogs, and roll around in the grass until she's completely worn out. She's curious, happy, and always looking for her next adventure.
Ideal Home
A home willing to dedicate time to careful introductions and training with other animals, as Samantha has shown a strong interest in chasing cats.
Ongoing Health
Samantha will be fully vetted, including spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, DHPP vaccination, flea treatment and deworming, and rabies vaccination.
Training & Support
Samantha is currently learning both house and crate training and is making wonderful progress. Because she's still a young puppy, she'll need a family committed to continuing her training, providing lots of positive socialization, and giving her the physical exercise and mental enrichment every growing puppy needs.

Transporation
Samantha is in a foster home in the Bay Area. Adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet her.
