Everyone welcome handsome boy Stanley! Stanley is the man! This fabulous boy appears to be a chocolate lab pittie mix of some sort. We believe he is 6 years old, so he's a pretty mellow easy-going guy! Stanley is a slow burn; he prefers to take things slow when meeting new people and doggy friends. He is a sweetheart, and he is still just learning that there are nice people and pups in the world. Stanley is currently in a loving foster home while he waits for his forever family. Could that be you?
Stanley was a super sweet boy when we introduced him to dogs here at the rescue. He gave some polite sniffs but ultimately wanted to mosey around the yard and sniff. Stanley brought a calmness to the yard, even with the crazy zoomie doggies. He was a good balance, and we loved watching him explore. Speaking of exploring, Stanley often goes on explorations with his foster family, taking road trips and going to the beach! He loves the beach—smelling the salty air and feeling the sand in his paws. Stanley would enjoy getting to see the world with you, if you'll have him, of course.

Ideal Home
Stanley would love a yard to sunbathe and go on sniffaris with, if you're asking him! No kitties for this fellow, he's a little too interested.
Ongoing Health
All vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel) is included in the adoption fee.
Training & Support
Stanley knows how to sit, is great on leash, and is the perfect car rider! He just snuggles in the back and sleeps peacefully! He was a very good boy at the vet and even let an 8-year-old friend train him, sitting patiently for treats. We believe Stanley could easily fit into apartment life because of his laid-back attitude and quietness. We are happy to test him with anything you may need!
