About Lizzy

Lizzy is a 2-year-old, female chocolate lab who is looking for an active and adventurous family to call her own. She is energetic, smart, and driven, and needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation to thrive. Lizzy first came to us a year ago after she was found as a stray hit by a car. She made a speedy recovery and was soon adopted, but unfortunately finds herself in search of a forever home once more. Lizzy is currently enrolled in obedience training and loves to learn! She knows "sit" and "wait," and has mastered her leash-walking skills. She weighs roughly 70 lbs and is a very good girl. Lizzy is dog selective. Her foster mom says, "Lizzy is a wonderful, sweet dog that is housebroken, crate trained, and an all-around good girl. We have done some training and are working on her reactivity issues, and she has come very far! She would love a family of her own and is good with kids." We promised Lizzy that the rest of her life would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?
