Volunteers say: Carlos is very gentle when taking treats, and is super playful and fast!

Staff says: A sweet boy who entertains himself beautifully with tennis balls and squeaky toys. Appears friendly with other dogs, though we recommend a formal introduction as larger or louder dogs might overwhelm him. He is still very much a puppy and is absolutely lovely.
