Dusty

Hello friends! My name is Dusty, and I'm a very sweet and loving boy who adores being petted. When my excitement and love just bubble over, I might let out a little whine, but it's just my way of saying how happy I am! I came to the shelter with my suspected brother, Dallas, as a stray. We were shared on Facebook, hoping our family would find us, but sadly, no one claimed us. Now, we're ready for our forever homes!

Ideal Home

I seem to get along with most dogs, but cats are a different story. They smell like something I'd love to chase in the woods, so a cat-free home would be best for me.

Ongoing Health

I've been neutered, fully vaccinated, and am current on preventatives. My 4DX combo test came back positive for Lyme disease, but I've completed a round of antibiotics to treat it.

Training & Support

I'm still learning to manage my excitement, so gentle guidance and understanding will help me settle in. If you have another dog, I'd love to meet them to ensure we're a good fit!
