When he first bursts out of his kennel, he's full of pent-up excitement and energy, but once he has a chance to stretch his legs, he settles down quickly and reveals the loving, easygoing dog he truly is. His unique eye marking sometimes gives the impression that he's giving a "whale eye," but don't be fooled; Blooper is completely relaxed and having the time of his life, especially when he's out in the yard.
