Hannah

Hannah is a playful and loving adult female German Shepherd mix who is looking for her new best friend! She came to us after being hit by a car while heavily pregnant. She has been rehabilitated and overcame it with surgeries and excellent vet care.

Ideal Home

Hannah would thrive in a home where her adopter is mindful of her past injuries. She can be playful and active, but too much rough housing could lead to reinjury.

Ongoing Health

Hannah has a special leg that has rods surgically placed from when she was injured. She walks with a slight limp, but this does not limit her activity. Her adopter must be mindful of potential reinjury. She has also had surgery to remove one row of mastectomy tissue due to cancer. She is currently in remission.

Training & Support

No specific training needs were mentioned, but guidance on managing her physical limitations will be important for her continued well-being.
