Meet Austin, a 1-year-old, 50 lb Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This happy-go-lucky boy is full of energy and is looking for an active home that can keep up with his adventurous spirit. Austin would thrive with a family or person who enjoys walks, hikes, playtime, and making memories outdoors. He's dog-friendly and guaranteed to keep you smiling with his goofy, silly nature. Austin absolutely loves people and is eager to build a strong bond with his person. Once he’s had a chance to burn off some energy, he’s all about belly rubs and soaking up affection.

Ideal Home

Austin would do best in a home without small children due to his excitement and tendency to jump. He needs someone willing to guide him, continue his training, and see the amazing dog he’s becoming.

Training & Support

Austin is still learning his manners and will need a patient, consistent home committed to helping him succeed. He’s very treat-motivated, which makes training much easier! He’s currently working on basic skills like sitting, walking nicely on a leash, and not jumping up when he gets excited. He’s also still working on potty training and may have occasional accidents.
