Jesse Bear is one of those dogs that just seems genuinely happy to be included in whatever is going on. Hanging out in the yard? Amazing. Following you around while you do chores? Best day ever. Snuggling up next to you for attention? Absolutely yes. He has such a gentle, affectionate way about him and naturally leans into people for love like its his favorite thing in the world. Being around Jesse just feels easy and comforting, like hes the type of dog that quickly becomes everyones favorite without even trying. Jesse Bear is believed to be a Shepherd/Husky mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 52 lbs. He has been friendly with everyone he has met and has this calm, affectionate way of leaning into people for love that is impossible not to adore. Jesse has been around kids ages 5-8 years old and has been nothing but gentle around young kids. He has also done well with dogs of all sizes and is good about matching the energy of other dogs during play. Jesse met our house cat Biggie and was very respectful around him.
Ideal Home
Jesse's ideal home would include a fenced-in backyard rather than an apartment. He loves being outside, exploring, zooming, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying all the smells. A yard where he can do all his favorite things would make him one happy boy. He would be happiest in a home with kids 8 years old and older.
